Here you find some personal development tips and team building ideas by which you can make friends just by meeting strangers and qualifying them to be included in your association for the very interest of your personal career development.

  1. Meet the strangers while you are travelling or shopping or on unofficial duties, clubs and social gathering etc.
  2. Never discuss your willingness to include him in your team at first meeting.
  3. One may start discussion with matter of common interest such as the weather at that point of time or say, the correct time by his watch.
  4. Then continue on subjects of news or matters of concern such as Global Recession.
  5. After that you tell him that you are thinking of additional ethical income sources.
  6. Never forget to close the initial discussion beyond this point after exchanging visiting cards or noting down his Name, Address and contact Telephone number or mailing address.
  7. After a day or two you contact him and just say Hi! Hallo! and increase your intimacy limiting the discussions on above six points only.
  8. Contact him again after another two or three days and ask him if he is interested to generate some extra ethical income. If he is also interested, fix up an appointment with him and share your ideas with him and inform him about our services which is free of all and any cost for every one.
